Based in Hertford with the option for home working up to 50% of working hours after completion of probationary period.

We are looking for someone like you to join our team! If we are a good fit for you, you will have the opportunity to work within a supportive team on a wide range of cases
What will you be doing?- Dealing with anything from disrepair and HMO licensing to harassment and illegal eviction.
- Responding to service requests and giving appropriate advice.
- Carrying out a range of inspections, investigations, and sampling.
- Taking appropriate enforcement action where necessary.
About youAs an ideal candidate, you will have:
- A relevant qualification or experience and a working knowledge of the legislation and regulations.
- The ability to deal with challenging situations using tact and discretion.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work without supervision, prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written skills, with the ability to write schedules of work, summarise accurately and convey complex information.
- A working knowledge of Uniform Enterprise database is desirable.
